Company Incorporation Packages

We register your company name with the Companies Registry

You cannot register a business name that another company is already using.

Step 2

We incorporate your company with the Companies Registry

We give notice of all company directors, your company address and your company secretary.

Step 3

Your Certificate of Incorporation is issued from the Companies Registry

The company is now incorporated as its own legal entity. This begins from the date shown on your Certificate of Incorporation.

Step 4

We provide you with a company stamp/seal (standard and full packages only)

A company stamp/seal is used to execute legal company documents and transactions such as obtaining a company bank account.

Step 5

We file for Notice of Secretary

Companies are required to have a secretary who is responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly with regards to compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Step 6

We apply for your Company BIR Number (standard and full packages only)

This BIR number must be used in payment of taxes and filing of returns.

Step 7

We apply for your VAT Certificate/VAT Clearance (standard and full packages only)

VAT registration is required if the company anticipates earning gross income over $500,000TTD per year.

Step 8

You are now ready to trade through your company!

Credit Card payments via PayPal

At checkout you will be redirected to your Paypal account to complete the transaction. Once this is completed you will receive notification of successful payment, the application will subsequently commence.

Bank Deposit

At checkout you will be provided with the bank and account number. You will need to deposit the total cost of the chosen package. Once the deposit is made, please email the deposit slip to hello@emmajcharles.com. Upon confirmation of the deposit the application process will commence.

Online Bank Transfer

At checkout you will be provided with the bank and account number. You will need to transfer the total cost of the chosen package. Once the transfer has been made, please email a screenshot of the transaction receipt to hello@emmajcharles.com. Upon confirmation of the transfer the application process will commence.
All Paypal and Credit Card transactions will be charged at the USD value, converted from TTD values at the current exchange rate. For all other payment methods, the TTD value will be used.
